Hi,
i'm using my Intel 4770 System (HD 4600) for Server with no Monitor or other Display connected.
When i try to open DISPLAY Settings from Control Panel the whole CP of 15.36.21 Drivers is crashing !!!!
Even in a new Installation of Windows it happens
So i uninstalled 15.36.21 and go one Driver Version back and the Display Settings are opening normally and i am able to add custom Displays with custom Refresh Rates (need that for special purposes).
Hope this bug will be gone in the next Beta/Release Drivers.
Greetings

So, the issue happens with version 4222 but not with 4170?
What operating system and remote access software are you using?

New Installation Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 x64 ...
15.36.21 CP is always crashing when no Display is connected.
Any Driver Version before is working fine.
So its obvious bug of 15.36.21 Drivers

These are some possible workarounds:
- Enable a VGA display in Windows*:
- Right-click on the Windows Desktop and select Screen resolution.
- Click the Detect button.
- Click the option Another display not detected.
- From the Multiple displays list, select Try to connect anyway on: VGA.
- Click Apply, then click OK.
- Shutdown the system. Remove the video cable and boot the system without the display connected.
- http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm Uninstall the Intel® Graphics Driver from your system and use the basic Microsoft Windows* graphics driver instead.
- Plug an EDID emulator into a graphics port (such as: http://www.fit-pc.com/web/products/fit-headless/ Fit-Headless, http://www.soerennielsen.dk/mod/VGAdummy/index_en.php VGA Dummy, or http://www.drhdmi.eu/ Dr. HDMI).

No need to workaround... just installed any Version before 15.36.21 and the DISPLAY Menu is working fine!
Hopefully will be fixed with the next Release

Hi keysonic2,
I'm picking up this issue to have the debug team investigate. Would you be willing to provide the information they request in the link below? I see your CP and DXDiag already provided above, no need to provide this again unless something in your config has changed. Appreciate the assistance.
