    NUC 5i5RYH and USB3.0 issue with DISPLAYLINK Driver and device


      I installed Win7 64bit and all the drivers in order with reboots each time on a NUC5i5RYH. No issues.


      Then I install displaylink driver: www.displaylink.com/downloads/sla.php?fileid=144


      so I can use this device: Plugable USB 3.0 Dual Display Adapter for Multiple Monitors with Gigabit Ethernet | Plugable



      The device is NOT recognized correctly BUT works fine with my old laptop running win7 64bit. I am using 2x the device already on a desktop running win7 64bit also. I purchased 2 NUC's and neither work this device correctly.


      I suspect the issue is with USB 3.0 MAYBE so in that case, please could you offer any advice OR prompt me to the correct USB 3.0 driver for my NUC as I read an alternate exists to the bundle.zip version posted by kevin_intel on another thread to a USB issue on a NUC also.



      I'll contact displaylink also in case the issue lies with them also. Thanks for any help.


      PS. the device support has contacted me and is working with me on it also, just like to get the correct USB driver from here and any other insight one might have.
