I understand your Intel® HD Graphics controller is presenting Code 12 in Device Manager.
You may try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, reloading your BIOS settings back to default or clearing CMOS (but take note of the settings you had changed before doing so!). You may also disable the device that is supposedly using the same resources.
Please respond the following if the issue persists:
- Was Intel® HD Graphics working properly before? If yes, was any hardware or software added or changed?
- What is your operating system?
