Samsung ATIV One 5 500A2D-K01
new driver and still have this problem, mostly it appears on exit sleep mode or when display is turned on
In his case I recommend updating all of the drivers in your system, Chipset driver, Management engine driver etc, and if it is possible to update the BIOS but you will need to download the drivers from your system manufacturer website or contact them directly.
I also recommend installing the latest graphics driver from your system manufacturer website. Intel provides generic versions of the Intel® Graphics Drivers through the Intel website, but your computer manufacturer might have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the graphics driver to support your computer.
Update the Microsoft* .NET Framework software on your computer:
Some issues can be fixed with a simple update to the systems .NET Framework* software. This software is available from the Microsoft website.
Ensure that your Microsoft* operating system is up to date:
It is always a good practice to regularly update your system, and keep it up to date. Download the latest updates available for your operating system with the Microsoft Windows Update* and be sure to reboot your system afterwards for proper installation.
I appreciate your suggestion but of course everything is up to date
Same thing happens to me I have everything up to date also BIOS I am using Hp Pavilion p157sa
I am using WINDOWS 10 64 BIT HOME EDITION. This happened to me yesterday, before upgrading from WIN8.1 TO WIN10 everything fine. Then upgraded to WIN10, a month later this happens ):. I also made a forum in hp support but waited for their help.
To help you with this problem please follow the steps here:
If this does not solve your problem please wait for a release of a new graphics driver.
You can keep checking the downloadcenter.intel.com for a new driver version or you can do it from the hp website, also they can be updated through Windows updates.
I have uninstalled the display adapter by using GURU3D DDU tool in safe mode. Restarted and windows update was downloading the driver again. Let's see if the problem goes away.
That’s good, please let me know how it goes.
we did it many times with no success
will be waiting for new drivers, but note, that since the problem exists there were a lot of new drivers
