Advanced Format HDD on Old Laptop

Hi, I got a Sony VAIO VPCF11S1E/B laptop. Sony does not make laptops anymore?

The Chipset: Intel® PM55 Express Chipset.

On the Sony website they have the following drivers.

      ---Chipset_Driver_Intel_9.1.1G_9.1.1.1020.zip

      ---SATA_Driver_Intel_Non-RAID_8.9X64_E_8.9.4.1004.zip

The product name is Intel® Matrix Storage Manager now changed to Intel RST beginning with version 9.5

On the link below it says version 9.6 and newer should be used for Advanced Format 4K? http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/imsm/sb/CS-031502.htm

Where should I get the software now? I've been told I should get it from the device (laptop) manufacturer?
