I have a processor Intel Core 2 Quad CPU 8200, but, the Intel Desktop Utilities V 3.0 ( Software) , only recognize 333 Mhz of Speed Bus instead of 1333 Mhz. What is wrong?

This is an educated guess, but the 1333 may refer to megatransfers per second (MT/s), rather than MHz. If the bus is "quad-pumped" (transfers four pieces of data for every clock cycle), then 333.3 MHz bus would have theoretical peak transfer rate of about 1333 MT/s.

Thanks for your answer and patience Andrew, I must suppose that the Intel Desktop Utilities V3.0 Software, only detects one of the four "quad" Processor activity.

The quad-pumped bus has little to do with your processor having four cores, that's just coincidental.
