Had a similar problem a week ago. My distributer told me there was a faulty batch of 41 chipset boards and replaced it under warranty
I have just had a replacement board delivered and I have the same problem..
Do you have knowledge of the serial numbers affected?
Unfortuanetly not. Will enquire from my suppliers. Will let you know if I find out anything.
I'm a newbie here and I'm having the same trouble with my DG41RQ. As a matter a fact, I had worked for about two days until it completely crashed. I tried all thw resources I could: I've changed power supply for a Thermaltake one that operates very well on my second PC, but still the same. I can get fanning and lights, but no video exit.
I tried with only the processor and fanning, it beeped three times, just as expected. I changed memories. I even bought a Kingston one from the list, just to be sure it could work. Unfortunately, I had nothing. I read here about reseting BIOS from a USB device, but it didn't even read the USB devices. Memories are fine.
Processor is new, a Intel Core 2 Duo E7500. I don't have another one to test, and even if I had, I probably wouldn't risk my second PC to collapse.
I look forward any information. As I read here, it seems there were some troubled MOBs. I wonder if mine is one of them...
I am having exactly the same issue with this board, I got led and fans on but no video.
It also beeps for 3 times, when I remove the RAM
did you find any resolution for this problem?
Solved! I got the display when I replaced the RAM.
