    DX58SO Hi-Speed USB Host Controller

I just built a system using the DX58SO mobo with the i7-920 processor.  The installation went well and all appeared to be working fine until a power outage affected one of the disks in RAID.  The rebuild process is underway now.  This morning I inserted a newly aquired memory stick and Windows 7 provided the following alert: This USB device can perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port.  For a list of available ports, click here.  After clicking the alert dialogue box another window pops up stating there are no HI-SPEED host controllers installed on this computer.

Anybody have an idea how to resolve this?
