Ok I am using the intergrated onboard video and the chipset is 82865g. I have current drivers installed and updated. In the bios I have the agp aperature set to 256meg and buffer set to 8meg. but when I go into windows it only shows 96 meg for video and 8 meg buffer. how come it will not set to the 256meg that I have in the bios? I have seen several people with this problem and they have never gotten an answer. Do I need to do a bios update? Or is it somethingt else I need to do?

In control panel you will see the Intel GMA Driver app, open that and it will display the actual memory being used by the graphic chipset. should show min 8MB to max 4GB. Windows XP doesn't always report the actual "available" often only what is currently in use.
