Nope. Intel 915G motherboard chipset doesn't support Windows 7 or Vista. So ther are no drivers for it. By default windows 7 installs a VGA Adapter driver, but performance is not good. So stick with Windows XP.
But you can try this:
Modded Driver has the
852-865g and the 915 Drivers.
All latest core files for the driver (ialmnt5.sys) have been acquired
through Windows Vista Drivers. As Intel had given up making new
dirvers for these controllers ages ago, this is the latest compatible
diver. This one should work well on a 915. It is really recommended if
you have an 8xx series or a 915/910 Controller as it can really boost
performance.
Also added to really increase performance for 910/915 Controller is
that this 915 driver is compatible with the following release of GMA
Booster. This will really boost gaming. It took quite some time to
find a working release and driver but they both are now combined.

For windows vista i have original intel/ microsoft driver for version x86 & x64 but witch windows 7 don't work because it is not signed
