I have a machine that is a couple years old that someone gave to me. The system info says it is an ACPI Processor, Intel(R) Celeron(R) D CPU 430 @ 1.80GHz. What does this mean? I am running Microsoft 03 on it and want to upgrade to 07. I have .98 GB of ram. Will it run Microsoft 07 the way it is or should I add more ram?
ACPI Processor means that the processor supports Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) processor performance states.
