Amd driver version: 14.100.0.0

I've installed all updates on windows

and the latest drivers for both amd and intel

i've tired to reinstall them

and tried the previous drivers for both of them

tried to uninstall and install monitor driver

And the adaptive screen brightness is OFF

all failed!

the only way that worked only on intel basic driver

is there any method can do it work because the basic driver lags alot!

Please help!

What do you mean with "Intel basic driver"?

The best recommendation is to use the driver provided by Samsung* since Intel provides generic drivers that may not work with some computer models due to customization from the manufacturer; therefore, we strongly recommend getting the drivers and software from the computer manufacturer as they have tested them with your system.

I have searched a little more, I have found a similar issue for a similar Samsung* system. It seems the driver provided by Samsung* fixes the issue. I was not able to find the exact download page for your model as the last five characters (S05AE) are different, so I suggest asking Samsung about this.
