You may try the latest Intel generic drivers; however, it is very likely that the drivers your computer uses were custom made by the system manufacturer. We suggest escalating the issue with DELL*.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.
I understand how you feel about the situation. We apologize for the trouble. The error which you have mentioned in the thread title usually occurs because AMD driver does not support Runtime Power Management, but the Intel driver does support it. I appreciate that you have used the fixit to fix the error.
The Article which you followed discusses third party products which are manufactured by companies that are independent of Microsoft. I suggest you to get in touch with Intel and discuss the behavior with them. You may follow the below mentioned link to reach out to them:

If the issue persists and you still wish to undo the fix which you have applied, then you may try doing System Restore to an earlier date and time.
System Restore helps you restore your computer's system files to an earlier point in time. It's a way to undo system changes to your computer without affecting your personal files, such as e‑mail, documents, or photos.
Refer to the section "Restore your PC to an earlier point in time" mentioned in the following Microsoft Article:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc
Disclaimer :Though it is said that System Restore does not affect your personal information such as email, documents, photos, videos, etc., but there is highly possible that some of your personal files are deleted while system restoring.
During System Restore, there may be errors and such errors may cause damage to the files that are present in the system. And, computer shutdown during restoring process may also lead to file loss. Sometimes when System Restore is failed, it may lead to loss of important files as well.
Hope it helps. Please reply with the updated status and for further assistance.
We'll be glad to help. Navneet

I suggest getting the drivers from here: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-15r-5537/drivers Product Support | Dell US
Or contacting DELL* for assistance. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19?c=us&l=en&s=dhs Support | Dell US
Intel supplies generic versions of its graphics drivers for general purposes. But, the computer manufacturer can change the features, incorporate customizations, or make other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging. To avoid any potential installation incompatibilities, Intel recommends that you first check with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software they provide.
