    Memory for the DP55WG

I have four questions concerning the DP55WG board:

What cas latiencies does this board support?

What cas latency does Intel recommend for this board?

What memory voltages does this board support?

What memory voltage does Intel recommend for this board?

      Thank you in advanced.

      Paul

          Hello,

have a look in the manual, you can find it on the product page, answers at least the voltage question. I'm running 4x2 GB GEIL DDR3-1600 9-9-9-9-24 on it, which makes no problems.

            Hi there,

This is a new motherboard and I guess once more memory manufacturers have validated their memory for this board then there will be a wider range of compatible memory and also we will be able to known what latency this board will support.

It is a bit more diffucult to make an exact specifications about these memory details on these boards since the memory controller is on the processor rather on the motherboard itself.

Currently basic details are available on the motherboard memory details page and also some information may be found on the motherboard manual.

This board will support memory that have a voltage of less that 1.6V.

Hep this will be useful to you.

            Cheers

              Currently using:

              Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600. CAS latency 8. 1.65V.

              So far working fine.
