Is this incident causing Blue Screens of Death?
Does the issue start to occur after a software or hardware change?
Is there a way to replicate or trigger the issue?

It happens shortly after starting the computer on a regular basis. It doesn't cause a BSOD. There are three events preceding it:

There are no known changes to hardware or software. It's been there since unboxing the system.
