I suggest using the version 10.18.10.3304 since your system may need to use customized drivers from Acer*.
Intel provides generic drivers that may or may not work with some computer models due to customization from the manufacturer.

So, none of those versions show the aforementioned settings?
Were the settings showing up before? If yes, was new software installed or recent change in your system?
Did you completely uninstall Intel® HD Graphics from Programs and Features before installing again?
