Thank you for your reply.
after enter the commands as you suggest i found below prints.

As i mention earlier, i am follow the steps mention in that link for the sd card partition and after enter the dd command for data writing in the sd card it automatically creats two partitions in the sd card which is shown as /dev/sdb1p1 and /dev/sdb1p2 and that is the main problem which i am talking about.
So, any solution for that?
That's where it gets wrong ;-)
In the link it says of=/dev/diskname
which is correct. But rather than the diskname /dev/sdb you put the first partition of the disk /dev/sdb1 which was wrong.
I.e in your case the command should state
sudo dd if=iot-devkit-latest-mmcblkp0.direct of=/dev/sdb bs=3M conv=fsync
Thank you very much for your nice suggestion. Now my sd card is contain boot(directory),firmware,win-driver,bzimage so after inserting the sd card in Gen 2 board, In linux i have two port like /dev/ttyUSB0 for uart and /dev/ttyACM0 and i checked both the port in minicom with 115200 baudrate but in both cases i am not seen any booting process or prints of board boot. And also i am not getting any console as mentioned in that link to check version of the Yocto image boot from the sd card.
Please give needful suggestion.
Thanks in advanced.

Figure 1 of my usb cable in which my connection is :Figure 1. White wire = GND, Orange = Tx, Blue = Rx Figure 2.
Figure 2 of my Gen 2 board UART in which my connection is :Figure 2. White wire = GND, Orange = Rx, Blue = Tx Figure 2.
I am right with this connection and other thing is that, how can we decide that the board boots from the sd card but i am not understand what i am missing. Please give suggestion.
Yes, my adapter supports 3.3V UART.
when i plug the sd card in GEN 2 board, after 3 or 4 seconds, it is appears in my pc with 53 MB Volume, also detects ports like /dev/ttyUSB0 and /dev/ttyACM0. After that one yellow LED(SD) near USB port is blinking for a some time. so, is this a indication that board boots from sd card?
And if Yes, then in serial console why i am not get any shell?
