Intel Rma department in Louisville, Kentucky received my defective ssd ( 330 240gb= last only 1 year) on April 20th. 3 days have past with no update on when I will be recieving a replacement and no tracking number. They claim it takes 3 days after receiving the product to ship it out with an email update on tracking. 2 more days have past and I've been trying to access the links given from the live support agent when I started the RMA and the links don't work. It redirects me to a page that has been moved and click on the following its a dead page.
