this is not a correct answer. the network driver supplied by intel is not ndis 6.4 compliant. it is ndis 6.3. Windows Miracast requires a wifi adapter running windows 8.1 specific driver (ndis 6.4).
I am not from Intel, but Intel's driver installed on my NUC5i5RYH seems to be Ndis 6.4. It shows that number in response to a PowerShell command, and I can get to "Add a wireless display" after Devices-Project. My PROSet/Wireless is 17.14 (from the Desktop-NUC section of Intel's Download Center?), but there seems to be a newer version 17.16 available in Intel's Download Center if you select Wireless-WiFi-AC 7265.
