What network controlled are you using? Is it the wireless or wired Ethernet adapter?
You may need to install the driver for the adapter you are not currently using.
Fixed problem solution was the wireless adapter.
Uninstalled everything and reinstalled and device manager looks good now

Fixed problem fix was uninstalling all network drivers and apps and reinstalling.
The network controller driver missing looks like it was the Wireless driver.
