    webcam not work

i chry to connect webcam microsoft hd -3000 lifecam to edison with romeo board (Romeo for Intel® Edison Controller (With Intel® Edison)),

so i connect the usb of webcam to connector (like this - EUR € 1.99 - Mini USB Male to USB Female Adapter Cable, משלוח על כל הגאדג'טים חינם! ) to OTG,
the led of webcam blink and after half minute turn off,

when i do "lsusb" i get

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 045e:0779 Microsoft Corp. LifeCam HD-3000

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub

and when i write "dmesg" i get

      [   92.865668] hub 2-0:1.0: USB hub found

      [   92.865711] hub 2-0:1.0: 1 port detected

[   92.928934] pmic_ccsm pmic_ccsm: USB VBUS Detected. Notifying OTG driver

      [   93.181247] usb 1-1: new high-speed USB device number 2 using dwc3-host

      [   93.221522] usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=045e, idProduct=0779

      [   93.221554] usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0

      [   93.221575] usb 1-1: Product: Microsoft® LifeCam HD-3000

      [   93.221594] usb 1-1: Manufacturer: Microsoft

      [   98.358856] 2:3:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x82

and when i check in  directory "/dev" i dont found directory with name "video", so the system not detect the webcam!

so when i search about "cannot get freq at ep 0x82" the sloving this problem is to write the "snd-usb-audio" to blacklist, the problem is i dont found the blacklist... (i use yocto)

      so what i asking is:

      1) where is the blacklist.
      2) any other slowing for this problem of webcam

      tx alot for help
