0V on a5 I2C SCL pin (Arduino Edison Breakout)

      Hello everyone,

I've been trying to troubleshoot I2C communication with the Arduino Edison Breakout Board. I've programmed an Arduino UNO as a slave, but I've had not luck with communication. So what I've done is attach an oscilloscope to pin a5 on the Edison Breakout Board while sending a write command on bus 6(i2c). I've noticed that I am constantly getting 0V on a5. I have the same issue with the aref pin, where I have 0V. I've noticed on the Arduino UNO, a5 is normally high at 5V. Could this be the issue? Is something wrong with my board?
