Would you please know in how many systems are you experiencing this behavior?
Would you please send me the system information? Please type “msinfo32” under search and send me the information you get?
Attach the DX Diag report? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).
Showtime, are you using the drivers provided by Dell?
Please bear in mind that our drivers are generic and sometimes these cannot be installed on OEM systems.
I would recommend using only Dell drivers. The reason why is because they make many customizations to the drivers especially the chipset driver.
Please check if Dell has a newer version for the graphics driver, since the one you are using is from 2012.
You may also want to check if your system needs a BIOS update.
