SCCM OOB AMT Intel ProV and Comodo certificate

I need to be able to generate a CSR to acquire a certificate from Comodo. It is my understanding that comodo supports OID therefore, you don't need to worry about an OU. How do I generate this csr? Not having any luck with the MS CA web enrollment.
