Hello every one.
I bought components to build a new PC. No problem for build it but when I power it on, it freezes all the time.
Sometime it freezes before MB bip, sometimes I can go into the BIOS and it freezes when I navigate into it.
I tried install an OS but I can't. PC freezes during files loading or reboots just after the load.

Then I unplugged GPU, HDD, WL card. I tried with another memory sticks, power supply, keyboard, screen
I tried out of case
The motherboard was replaced but the problem is still the same.
I made some tests with memtest, cpu burn-in and IPDT. Here are the results :
