nuc5i5ryk and Asus PB78Q monitor driver install fails HD6000

      All -

I have a new nuc5i5ryk, the HD drivers cannot be installed with the Asus PB278Q attached (either display port, or HDMI).  Using Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

I have tried the 4080 and 4156 driver, both fail.  I attached an older monitor, installed the drivers, then re-attach the Asus monitors and things work.  It looks like it fails when it tries to detect the display (about a minute or so into the driver installation).

Has anyone found a workaround for this? 100% reproducible. (even after installing 4080 with another monitor attached, I cannot even upgrade to the 4156 without attaching a different monitor)
