1. Enter as user 1, administrator
2. Enter as user 2 as common user
3. switch back to user 1

procmon screenshot in attach - looking like in cycling in access profile by user name in registry, tried to creae key, but not solved this thing.
tried remove and reinstall graphics drivers, even reinstall windows from recovery disk - same result.
if 1 user - all ok.
