The mini breakout mostly just 1:1 exposes the 70 pins (+ USB connector + level shifters to power it with various voltages). There is no built-in ADC in Edison module.
For specification see e.g. http://download.intel.com/support/edison/sb/edison_pb_331179001.pdf or mraa/edison.md at master · intel-iot-devkit/mraa · GitHub
Thanks. I must have read about them on the Arduino board when i was first looking into the Edison and ended up believing they were on the Edison itself. That's a shame, but understandable.
I wonder if I can find or make an ADC that will let me use the MRAA AIO class? I'd want it to be very small - the Arduino board is too big, and is overkill.
Can anybody share their implementation using the ADC Block from SparkFun?
Would like to have some help on my project.
Thanks in advance.
