Problem With Intel HD 3000 Graphics, No display on my LCD monitor

Hi, i need help with my lcd monitor. my lcd is viewsonic VX1962Wm. i have laptop acer travelmate x483. the problem is, i am using an hdmi to dvi cable to connect in my LCD but there is no display on LCD but when i uninstalled the graphics driver (intel hd 3000 graphics) it will display and when i installed it again there is no display...

please response. need your help.. thanks

If you are using an adapter such HDMI to DVI may prevent the computer from working correctly.

Intel recommends using same video port on both sides of the cable. Please test different cables.

Additionally, make sure you are using the latest drivers provided by Intel.

Hi Allan,

I already do this and still not working. But when i uninstall the driver it will display normally but no graphics card

You are still using video adapters. Try using different cables, or contact your computer manufacturer to obtain customized drivers for your computer model.
