artifacts intel hd 4600 (i5 4690k)

While waiting for my graphics card to arive I opened up some crysis 3 on my integrated graphics, there was some really bad artifacted, all drivers were updated, the problems were gone when I installed my gtx 970, there was also some weird kind of screen tearing when browsing Google images. Is my cpu bad, mobo? Just my igpu?

Would you please let me know which graphics driver version are you using?

May I have the model number of the motherboard or the brand of your system?

There is software named the Intel(R) Processor Diagnostic Tool. Please run this utility and please make sure to provide us with the results.
