Latest display driver with openGL 2 for Intel HD graphics core i3 540 3.06 GHz 1st generation

My device should support openGL 2. could some 1 point me towards the Intel HD graphics core i3 540 3.06 GHz 1st generation. All the drivers I find on the websignt is for 2nd generation. My DxDiag report is attached for further reference.
