Hello ShadowHideMe,
Please note that the Windows Experience Index is an evaluation of all hardware the computer has so it is not just the processor.
My recommendation is to run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool so you can check the processor status. Here you can get it:
Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool 32-Bit:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19791/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool-32-bit- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19791/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool-32-bit-
Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool 64-Bit:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool-64-bit- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool-64-bit-
If issue persists the best step to take is contacting your Computer Manufacture for them to provide you with configuration or warranty.
