The reason of the issue could be related to the USB port:
If you used a 3.0 USB port, this could be the root of the issue, you have to use 2.0 USB ports. Or it could be related to unstability in the USB ports, sometimes you have connected something in a USB port and stopped working and the inmediately workaround is change the port.
It seems that the issue is related to the firmwsre. We could try to recover it using a couple of processes like:
--Do you have a Serial Cable to interact with the Terminal Console?
