Some recommendations for this kind of behavior are the following:
- Try a silent installation. This will void the installation of additional software that installs on the system when using an utility.
- You can also try by installing only the printer driver
- Test the printer on another system just to find out if you get the same behavior.
I have tested the printer on other computers and it works fine. The problem is that i can't install just the drivers because they just have a program bundle an no lose drivers.
Silent installation? I don't know what that is. I Google it an tried a program called "Silent Install Builder" but no luck, it just ran the program and the same result. Maybe I did something wrong.
Did you manage to resolve this issue?
If still having difficulties with the setup of the printer, would you mind trying latest drivers for the NUC system? There is a bundle driver available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23418/DN2820FYKH-driver-bundle
Please share your findings, if not resolved yet, can you include a screenshot of your device manager?
