Thanks for the information. I was able to compare another i7-3770K and I have some spots with missing capacitors and the processor is fully functional.
I will check with engineering department and post any update about this matter.
My recommendation at this point would be contacting Intel Customer Support for warranty replacement of your processor model i7-3770k. You can use our Web Ticketing system to do that.
