This is not a very common issue but please try these steps:
- Reinstall the motherboard Chipset Driver.
- Reinstall Intel® Management Driver.
- Update motherboard BIOS.
After these steps, run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool again and if issue persists contact our support Center.

I reinstalled intel rapid storage and i can pass the pch test now
