Probably, you may try to disable these settings in the BIOS.
Go to Boot Menu
Boot to Removable Devices Disable
Boot to Network Disable
USB Boot Disable
Boot USB Device First Disable
USB Mass Storage Auto
Post Error Code BA: Detecting presence of a removable media (IDE, CD-ROM detection, etc.)
The system find a media and will try to boot on it.
Remove any media like usb stick, sd memory card etc.
Let me know how it goes.
I cannot get to F2 prompt to change any BIOS setting
I am having the same issue with my Skyberg (BLKDP45SG).
When my 1TB seagate 3.5" USB Freeagent Desk is attached I get the BA error hanging the system. It does not eventually boot.
Unplugging the disk is the only way to get it to boot, and this is rather frustrating. I had the motherboard swapped out recently and the new one
does the same thing.
i have two DP45SG pc's but only the one gave me the same problem hangs on post code BA i tried disabeling the settings in bios but diden't work, now all i do is unplug removable device before i boot. works fine now but a big pain.
