Couldn't Intel have developed an easier gui type installation instead of one from the dark ages of DOS? Went to search, keyed cmd, ran as administrator and get command prompt c:\windows\system32. I have not used the command prompt in many years. Can you guide me through the process? The unzipped 2.2.0 data center tool is in C:\Users\George\SkyDrive\Downloads\IntelDataCenterTool_2_2_0_Win\Intel SSD Data Center Tool x64 -v184.108.40.2060 .exe. Thanks. George B
Currently, the management of the Intel® Solid-State Drive DC P3600 Series drives can only be done using the command line interface of the Intel® SSD Datacenter Tool, because this type of drive is targeted to be used mainly in data center environments and the preferred method for this type of environment is normally CLI, because commands can be easily integrated into scripts for management and monitoring. You can find all the detailed information on command syntax in the Intel® SSD Datacenter Tool user guide found in this link: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/23931/eng/intel_ssd_data_center_tool_2_2_x_user_guide_331961-001.pdf
