I CANT INSTALL INTEL HD GRAPHICS 3000

I ALREADY UNINSTALLED THE PREVIOUS ONE AND DID A REBOOT, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED still gives me error

but anyways, you ended up the wrong forum - unless you planned to install Intel HD Graphics 3000 on Intel Edison

The Graphics Drivers says "Unknown Device", and i uninstalled it

When I Try to install intel HD graphics from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24696&lang=eng&ProdId=3319 Intel® Download Center it says "The Setup program failed to install one or more device drivers."

I Also Tried Installing it forcefully by opening Device Manager and it says "Access Denied",

I Also did the install in Safe Mode, and it worked, but after the Reboot, it says that the device is not working properly.

What is the driver version that appears to be causing the issue? Did it ever work before?

Does a previous driver version work?
