Windows 7 Wont Allow Driver Update

I have windows 7 on my PC. I currently have Graphics driver version 8.15.10.2869 and a Intel G43/G45 Express Chipset. I'm trying to update to the latest driver but when i download it, it is not shown in thee update menu. What is wrong?
