Is there a way i can update OpenGL 2.1 to my Intel GMA 3000? If yes can you please explain step by step.

I can't really find my chipset on there but i know what one it is:

Also can i install the Intel® HD Graphics driver on the same chipset because it has some special things in there that i can for example put my graphics card to favor more to the performance rather quality.

The drivers for Intel® HD Graphics are not compatible with Intel® GMA 3000/X3000.
