    How do I get a Galileo replaced under warranty?


      Our store sold a Galileo to a customer and it was returned to us shortly thereafter with a complaint that the "analog pin does not work." I've been unable to create a return for it through the Intel Business Portal and the information on the warranty card simply says, "To initiate a warranty return, contact us within the warranty period at: www.intel.com/support/go/galileo and we will walk you through the process" but I don't find anything on that page to walk me through the process.
