    can I keep u-boot from overwriting /home?

    ronm

I've been looking at the u-boot partition info. the /home partition is last and it get whatever space is left over after all the other partitions are defined.

Since all the partitions are already defined, what happens if i tell u-boot not to run the do_partition part of it's script?

Should be ok. right? and the /home/root directory won't get overwritten, Maybe???
