      3. 文件系统会突然消失




      维修路线:硬盘坏道检查(无坏道)->换机械硬盘->换主板->换固态硬盘(三星 850 Pro)->换内存,全部方法都无法解决,后来送到华硕总厂检测说"是intel节能模式导致的,我们无法处理".

          I recommend you to post your issue in English, since we need to use a translator and sometimes it does not provide the real issue or some words are not correctly translated.

          I would like to inform you that the Intel power saving mode driver is provided by the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) since they need to customize it.


          If you want to check if the processor is defective, you can run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool. It will help you to determine if the processor has any issue. Processors — What is the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool?

            Thank you for your answer,but Asus  Engineer told me  it is caused by intel power saving model and they had no idea to solve the problem.

            I don't know who is right,but i was puzzled by the problem for 11 months.So i need more help, for example how to turn it off on linux or windows?

              From our side you can try installing our latest graphics driver provide at the following link, however bear in mind that we provided generic drivers; and sometimes these cannot be installed on other systems or the installation of them could overwrite their customizations and possibly change the functionality of the graphics.  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3720    


              As I mentioned before, the Intel power saving mode driver is provided by ASUS, if the installation of our graphics driver does not fix this behavior, the next step will be to check if there is a new BIOS version available for your system so you can install it.


              If the problem persisted please contact ASUS so they can replace the unit.
