Have you tried with the ifconfig wlan0 up, and typing ifconfig in order to see the packages in the network. In your message above it's says that you are on a WPA2-PSK is that right? Also, did you verified that all the information in there were correct?
please run configure_edison --setup and follow all steps
afterwards should the wpa_supplicant service up and running and your edison available on the network
About WiFi instruction helped me to solve the issue.
Using ifoconfig I found out that the device has 2 ip-addresses:
ifconfig usb0 down - solved the issue.
I have the same problem, the solution works with "ifconfig usb0 down"
but after a reboot, if necessary commenced "ifconfig usb0 down"
