I will investigate on how we could do this. are you talking about the GPIO - Digital pins in the Arduino Expansion board? or are you talking about a GPIO in the Edison Module? If you are talking about the Arduino Expansion Board, how much pins with this configuration do you need? and, if you are talking about the Edison compute module, which pin do you need with this speed?
