    Something about libc.so.0

    YYYYYellow

      1.I want to get libc.so.0

      2.I compile uClibc-0.9.33.2.tar.bz2

      ee.png

      3. file /lib/libc.so.0

libc.so.0: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), BuildID[sha1]=c1aa1de620bb70fada800bd5ac34c007c752c42a, stripped

      4.But my libc.so.0 doesn’t work

      uame -a

      Linux edison 3.10.17-poky-edison+ #3 SMP PREEMPT Wed Dec 3 15:19:47 CST 2014 i686 GNU/Linux

      i686 which one to choose?

      Thanks.

are you building your own image? because the Yocto image is eglibc and not uclibc based.

          Moreover, /usr/lib/libc.so is already there

so not quite sure what you try to accomplish

I want to start zigbee-jip-daemon process on the edison but fail

            zigbee-jip-daemon rely on libc.so.0

            QQ截图20150112202834.png

            dmesg :

            [32638.193129] zigbee-jip-daem[12862]: segfault at 8 ip b756a5ed sp bfe36f00 error 4 in libc.so.0[b7551000+34000]

            What's more,in the Quark_X1000 there has libc.so.0.

            Can I generate libc.so.0 throught Yocto ?

            Thanks.^_^

where did you get the zigbee daemon from? you probably would need to compile for Edison.

please note: for Galileo (Quark) there are uclibc and eglibc Yocto images around. Packages for uclibc images are not compatible with the eglibc Yocto on Edison.

I had compiled the zigbee daemon for the edison.

I put the Quark's libc.so.0 into the Edison and it can work!  But zigbee daemon couldn't run.

                dmesg:

                [  375.726391] zigbee-jip-daem[396]: segfault at 0 ip   (null) sp bfd8cd40 error 14 in zigbee-jip-daemon[8048000+f000]

                .

Maybe zigbee daemon has some problems and I will check it.

But I still worry about the libc.so.0.What's your opinion?

                Thanks.^_^

                  Now the problem is ok.

The reason why I couldn't start the zigbee daemon is that the zigbee daemon has some problem.

                  Thanks.
