1s on,4s off blinking interval on power button

Roughly 6 months ago I bought and set up my Intel NUC (I haven't opened the box since the parts were added). It's been stationary and haven't moved at all since I connected it to the TV.

The included parts were the ones listed below, and the 8GB RAM chips were included (not sure what the specs are).

      • 1 Crucial DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600MHz 8GB KIT, 1.35V
      • 1 Kingston SSDNow mS200 240GB mSATA
      • 1 Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260, 867Mbps

When attempting to turn it on, I get this 1sec on, 4sec off blinking interval on the power button. If I leave it on for a bit it makes this wheezing sound and the power button light is constant. I have read around a bit and found a few threads with similar issues. I did try removing the RAM chips one by one to see if they were incorrectly docked, but it didn't seem to be the issue. I have attached two videos of the two described scenarios.

I am not a hardware wizard, so any feedback will be much appreciated
