Based on agreement between Intel® and Apple, all support and drivers will be provided by the Computer Manufacturer only.
The drivers we provided are generic drivers and Apple has their properly graphics drivers, so that is the reason why we suggest you to contact that company.

If you want to try our generic drivers; however if the issue persists, it will be necessary to contact Apple for further support.
