My Laptop processor is Intel Pentium CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz from yesterday it does not load Windows 7 instead it loads CMOS settings. What can be the reason? What are the steps I can take to solve this issue

Hello Sumudusiri,

Based on your description there may be a special configuration on your system that is making your computer to load CMOS instead of the Operating System.

I regret to say that I am not a specialist on your computer design since it is an OEM system therefore I strongly recommend you contacting your Computer Manufacture and confirm with them what can be causing this issue.

But why did this issue come up after about one year of usage? If there is a special configuration how did that come into action now?. By pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete from start of the Laptop I managed to get windows loaded. But the keyboard is not working. This is weird behaviour?
